1. Training & Behavioral Services
High Caliber K9s provides professional animal training and behavioral consultation using humane, science-backed methodologies. Animal behavior is inherently influenced by genetics, environment, and ongoing handler consistency; therefore, specific behavioral modifications cannot be guaranteed in perpetuity without adherence to prescribed protocols.
2. Vaccination & Animal Health Standards
All animals admitted to our 24-acre Englewood facility for boarding, training, or group classes must be up to date on core vaccinations as recommended by a licensed veterinarian. Owners are required to submit proof of current rabies, DHPP, and bordetella vaccinations prior to entry.
3. Cancellation, Booking & Refund Policies
Deposits for Board & Train and boarding programs are applied toward reserving dedicated facility space. Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled intake may be subject to forfeiture of deposit fees. Private lesson cancellations require 24 hours advance notice to avoid forfeiture of the lesson session.
4. Liability & Facility Access
Visitors to the Englewood farm property must remain within designated training and parking areas. Unaccompanied entry into livestock enclosures, kennels, or exotic animal habitats is strictly prohibited for personal safety and animal welfare.
